Area of Practice: Workers’ Compensation
Dan Allnutt focuses his practice on representing injured workers in the state of Ohio. Dan graduated from Miami university with a bachelor of science in business, in 2002. He attended the University of Dayton school of law and graduated in 2009.
During law school, Dan participated in the moot court program, and was a law clerk with Casper & Casper during the summer. Immediately after graduating, Dan worked as a sole practitioner in the city of Franklin Ohio. At that time, he focused practice on representing clients in family law matters, as well as personal injury litigants. Then in 2015, Dan took on his role at the firm, representing Worker's Compensation claimants. He advocated for his clients at both the Industrial commission of Ohio and in Common Pleas Courts across the State of Ohio.
Dan believes that all injured workers are best served when represented by competent counsel, who can guide them through the challenging landscape of Worker's Compensation law. He believes in maintaining quality communication with his clients, so that they understand and feel valued at every step of the claim process. Assisted by his excellent staff members, Dan will aggressively represent each of his clients as they pursue their litigation goals. Dan is a highly valued member of our team, and we are excited to have him representing Casper clients.
