How we staff a case
Each attorney here works in their own area rather than across all three. That is deliberate: Social Security, workers’ compensation and injury litigation are three different bodies of law with three different sets of deadlines, and doing one of them properly is a full job.
What it does not mean is being handed between firms. One incident frequently opens more than one claim: a crash at work is a comp claim and an injury claim at once, and an injury that does not heal can become a disability claim after that. When that happens the file moves between people down the corridor who already know it, rather than starting again with a stranger.
