The Casper name has been practicing law for more than ninety years.
About nine years ago this firm separated from the older Casper & Casper practice to build something deliberately tighter: a smaller family firm where everyone is pulling in the same direction, and where the attorney you meet is the attorney who handles your case rather than the one who signs you up.
What has not changed is who we act for. We do not represent corporations or insurance companies. We represent the person on the other side of them: someone knocked down by an injury, an illness, or a system that feels built to wear them out.
